"Kodin Tarina (The Story of Home") - a new way to buy and sell apartments" had to be communicated to two different target groups – buyers and sellers – with one visual concept. Cost efficiency was the key challenge as the target audiences covered both buyers and sellers. And there are countless apartments, each of them unique.
The concept was crystallized into a simple key element that connected both target audiences: the door. The concept was clear and differentiated from the competion. The target group roles were communicated creatively: vendors in front of the doorstep and buyers behind it. Simple!
The customer loved the practical idea and the concept was used in all channels. The customer said "thank you – let's do more!"
